1. Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online through our Setmore booking system, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
A deposit may be required for certain services, particularly those requiring extended appointment times (braids, extensions, colour services, etc.).
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
NO SHOWS will have to pay £10 to rebook
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
4. Pricing
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on:
- Hair length and thickness
- Condition of hair
- Complexity of the style requested
- Products used
A consultation will be provided before any service to discuss pricing and expected outcomes.
5. Payment
We accept cash and card payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. A patch test may be required 48 hours before certain colour or chemical treatments.
7. Children
Children are welcome at Tcutz Hair. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit.
8. Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can address your concerns.
9. Photography
With your permission, we may take photographs of our work for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be photographed.
